Product design fixes that. It’s about understanding why people get stuck — then rebuilding the experience so it feels obvious, even effortless.

Product design applies iterative user research, service blueprints and usability heuristics (Nielsen’s 10) to reduce cognitive load, increase task success rate and improve retention.

In this project: We conducted 18 contextual interviews, mapped the current appointment journey (including emotional triggers like anxiety and time pressure), prototyped 5 variants in Figma, then validated with A/B testing on a live beta group of N=127.

Result: 68% reduction in drop-off at step two; task completion time dropped from avg. 3:12 → 0 :58.

We didn’t just make screens. We redesigned behavior.
